Questions, answered.
Who can join?
Customers who've been with us for a year: your 5th order of 3 strips or a 90-day plan, placed a year or more after your first, brings The Suprimal Hoodie and your invite. On a 90-day plan, that's your fourth renewal.
How do I get in?
You don't need to apply. Once your Hoodie is on its way, sign in with the account you order with and open this page: the link to the group appears here, just for you.
Does it cost anything?
No. Membership is free and there's nothing to fill in. You can leave the group whenever you like.
What do members get?
Members-only offers and gifts, shared in the group and on this page first, and a private group with the other customers who've been here a year.
I'm on a 90-day plan. Do I need to do anything?
No. Your gifts come with your renewals, and the Hoodie with your fourth. Sign in here once it ships to find your group link.
