How the thank-you works
A thank-you for a year with us. Your 5th order of 3+ strips or a 90-day plan, placed a year or more after your first, comes with The Suprimal Hoodie, in the colour and size you pick, and a tin of the strip you choose, free. On a 90-day plan, that is your fourth renewal. With it comes an invite to The Suprimal Society, our private group for members. Once per customer; sign in with the account you ordered with.
On the site, sign in and both join your bag automatically once it holds 3 or more strips or a 90-day plan. You pick the colour, size and tin here or in your bag (black, size M unless you choose; any of our 12 strips). On a 90-day plan, we send them with your fourth renewal, in the Hoodie and tin you picked, or a tin of the strip you subscribe to.
The Suprimal Society
The Suprimal Society is our private group for customers who've been with us for a year. You're in as soon as your Hoodie is on its way: sign in and open the members page for the link to the group. Members get members-only offers and gifts, shared there first.
It's free, there's nothing to fill in, and you can leave the group whenever you like.
Shipping
The Hoodie is made to order by our print partner and ships on its own; your free tin ships from us. No extra cost for either. It arrives in its own parcel, with its own tracking email.
Gifts are free and can't be exchanged for cash or credit. Bought on its own, the Hoodie follows our refund policy.

The thank-you

Quick answers about the 1-year thank-you and The Suprimal Society. Anything else, our team replies within 1–2 business days.
Who gets the Hoodie + tin?
Returning customers. Your 5th order of 3+ strips or a 90-day plan, placed a year or more after your first, comes with The Suprimal Hoodie, in the colour and size you pick, and a tin of the strip you choose, free.
What is The Suprimal Society?
Our private group for customers who've been with us a year. The Hoodie is your invite: once it's on its way, sign in and open the members page for the link to the group. Members get members-only offers and gifts, shared there first. It's free and you can leave anytime.
I'm on a 90-day plan. Do I need to order again?
No. They come with your fourth renewal, a year in, in the colour, size and tin you picked. If you didn't pick, we send a black Hoodie in M and a tin of the strip you subscribe to.
Which colour, size and tin can I choose?
White, black or forest green, sizes S to 5XL, and any of our 12 strips: one tin of 30. Pick them on this page or in your bag, and change them there until you check out.
What about the Sweatshirt + tin?
They're the 9-month thank-you and come first. If yours are still waiting, your next qualifying order brings them and the one after brings the Hoodie + tin. On a 90-day plan, we send what you've unlocked with your renewal.
How do you know it's me?
Sign in with the account you ordered with, and both join your bag automatically once it qualifies. It's once per customer.
What counts as an order of 3 strips?
Any three tins of strips, one-time or subscription. A 90-day plan counts as 3, a 60-day plan as 2 and a pack as 3. It also needs $140 or more in strips or packs before discounts. Free gifts don't count.
Is it really free, and when does it arrive?
Yes. Both are added at $0, with no code to type and no extra shipping. The Hoodie is made to order by our print partner and ships on its own, with its own tracking email; the tin ships from us. Gifts can't be exchanged for cash or credit.
