How the thank-you works
A thank-you for staying with us. Your 3rd order of 3+ strips or a 90-day plan, placed 6 months or more after your first, comes with The Suprimal Bag and a tin of the strip you choose, free. On a 90-day plan, that is your second renewal. Once per customer; sign in with the account you ordered with.
On the site, sign in and both join your bag automatically once it holds 3 or more strips or a 90-day plan. You pick your tin here or in your bag (any of our 12 strips). On a 90-day plan, we send them with your second renewal, with the tin you picked, or a tin of the strip you subscribe to.
Shipping
The Bag is made to order by our print partner and ships on its own; your free tin ships from us. No extra cost for either.
Gifts are free and can't be exchanged for cash or credit. Bought on its own, the Bag follows our refund policy.

Who gets the Bag + tin?
Returning customers. Your 3rd order of 3+ strips or a 90-day plan, placed 6 months or more after your first, comes with The Suprimal Bag and a tin of the strip you choose, free.
I'm on a 90-day plan. Do I need to order again?
No. They come with your second renewal, 6 months in, with the tin you picked, or a tin of the strip you subscribe to if you didn't pick one.
Which tin can I choose?
Any of our 12 strips: one tin of 30. Pick it on this page or in your bag, and change it there until you check out.
What about the Cap + T-shirt?
They're the 90-day thank-you and come first. If yours are still waiting, your next qualifying order brings them and the one after brings the Bag + tin. On a 90-day plan, we send what you've unlocked with your renewal.
How do you know it's me?
Sign in with the account you ordered with, and both join your bag automatically once it qualifies. It's once per customer.
What counts as an order of 3 strips?
Any three tins of strips, one-time or subscription. A 90-day plan counts as 3, a 60-day plan as 2 and a pack as 3. It also needs $140 or more in strips or packs before discounts. Free gifts don't count.
Is it really free, and when does it arrive?
Yes. Both are added at $0, with no code to type and no extra shipping. The Bag is made to order by our print partner and ships on its own, with its own tracking email; the tin ships from us. Gifts can't be exchanged for cash or credit.
