How the thank-you works
A thank-you for staying with us. When an earlier order held 3+ strips or a 90-day plan, your next order of 3+ strips or a 90-day plan, placed 90 days or more after it, comes with The Suprimal Cap and T-Shirt free. On a 90-day plan, they ship with your next delivery. Once per customer; sign in with the account you ordered with.
On the site, sign in and both join your bag automatically once it holds 3 or more strips or a 90-day plan. You pick the T-shirt colour and size in your bag (black, size M unless you choose). On a 90-day plan, we send them with your next delivery in the T-shirt you picked at your first order.
Shipping
Made to order by our print partner and shipped separately, at no extra cost. It arrives in its own parcel, with its own tracking email.
Gifts are free and can't be exchanged for cash or credit. Bought on its own, it follows our refund policy.

Quick answers about the 90-day thank-you gift. Anything else, our team replies within 1–2 business days.
Who gets the Cap + T-shirt?
Returning customers. When an earlier order held 3 or more strips, or a 90-day plan, your next order of 3+ strips or a 90-day plan, placed 90 days or more after it, comes with both free.
I'm on a 90-day plan. Do I need to order again?
No. They ship with your next 90-day delivery, in the T-shirt you picked at your first order (black, size M if you didn't pick).
Do I get the T-shirt too?
Yes. The Cap and the T-shirt come as a pair. You choose the T-shirt colour (white, black or forest green) and size in your bag.
How do you know it's me?
Sign in with the account you ordered with, and both join your bag automatically once it qualifies. It's once per customer.
What counts as 3 strips?
Any three tins of strips, one-time or subscription. A 90-day plan counts as 3, a 60-day plan as 2 and a pack as 3. It also needs $140 or more in strips or packs before discounts.
Is it really free?
Yes. Both are added at $0, with no code to type and no extra shipping. Gifts can't be exchanged for cash or credit.
When will it arrive?
It's made to order by our print partner and ships separately from your strips, with its own tracking email.
